[Super Powers]

Nice

I liked everything, especially the guitar parts. The singing was good at first but got sloppy as the song went along. Fix that up and the song will be perfect.

Originality: You used alot of premade samples from FL.

Diversity: You alot of stuff repeating over and over again through the entire song.

Clarity: Couldnt have been a better recording.

Effort: Didnt sound like you tried too hard on this one. Dont use the excust that its your first audio so people will go easy on you.

Overall: Good...but only for a first. Stop repeating things and dont use as many premade samples.

[Haling Vision(Heaven Mix)]

Cool

Originality: You said yourself it was a remix of another song, so you get a low originality score.

Diversity: Had me listening till the end.

Clarity: Great recording.

Effort: I wouldnt be able to make audio like that, lol. Good job on effort.

Overall: Pretty cool, but work on making some original material.

Kind of Annoying

Originality: Those sound affects were from GI Joe, right? Thats unique.

Diversity: The song changed alot, and it had me listening all the way through.

Clarity: The sound affects got fuzzy sometimes, which is annoying.

Effort: It sounded like you took your time and worked hard on this one.

Overall: It would have been better if the sound affects werent so annoying.

I've got to agree with you. A few of the samples were pretty crummy. I had attempted to alleviate that with distortion and other effects... Not too effectively. ;-)

I keep it around since it was the first Scattered Planets song I wrote, but I've always been a little disappointed that I couldn't get the samples cleaned up properly.

I'm hoping someday it will find a new home as a background to a flash movie about the Cobra Commander. The movie would probably also need to be fuzzy and annoying. hah hah :-)

Good

It was a really cool song, but you need a better beat in there. I could barely hear it sometimes. Synth was fucking awesome though, nice job on that.

I did intened for the bass drum to be soft, but now after I listen to it, I realize there are certaintly areas it could be brought out. Thanks for pointing it out!

Good song but....

First, its more a cover than a remix. You get a 0 for originality because it was a cover...and a 5 for clarity because it sounded very MIDI. It repeated alot, which wasnt good. Nice try though.

Buddy a cover is the playing of the exact same music. I.E. replicating it. I don't know what a MIDI is. Reviews are supposed to be constructive, you did a terrible job.

Originality: Nothing too special. Still a catchy tune like you said though.
Diversity: Stuff repeats a little too much. Plus, I didnt like how theyre was a second or two gap every time the synth would repeat.
Clarity: Good recording.
Effort: Nice job. It sounds like you put some hard work into this.
Overall: I thought it was good, but it was missing something. Put some background sounds in theyre (like additional synth tracks) and resubmit. Im sure it will get a good score then!

Originality: Almost every song submitted under Metal is very similiar. Someone do something different!

Clarity: Good recording, but I could barely hear the guitar solos!

Diversity: Even if you didnt have solos I would have given diversity a good score. The main guitar riffs were very exciting and changed often.

Effort: Such a fast-paced song must be very hard to play.

Overall: Good Song, but nothing new.

[Silent night bodom night cover]

Pretty Good

Originality: There's nothing original about a cover (no matter how good the song is) so you get a 0 on that.

Clarity: Poorly recorded. The drums and synth sounded like they were MIDI.

Diversity: The guitar solos were abundant and awesome. It kept me listening through the entire song.

Effort: You would have gotten a higher rating on this but you didn't finish the song. Thats a very cool song and and impressed that you can play it, but actually finishing learning the song before you submitted your cover would have earned you a 10.

Overall: Good cover, even better song. It just didn't have the certain necassary things to earn a high score.

If I Could Vote Twice I Would

It's that good, man! I don't know why this song got such a low rating...it's alot better than a meager 2.75 (that was it's score before i voted). I think this is actually may favorite out of all you've done so far.
